Ingredients

3 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons light rum

1 scallion, finely minced

2 lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine rum, butter, scallions and salt and pepper.

 

  1. Arrange shrimp in a square baking dish. Pour rum mixture over shrimp. Broil for 5 minutes, turning over once, or until shrimp are bright pink.
