3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons light rum
1 scallion, finely minced
2 lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine rum, butter, scallions and salt and pepper.
- Arrange shrimp in a square baking dish. Pour rum mixture over shrimp. Broil for 5 minutes, turning over once, or until shrimp are bright pink.
